We haven't really seen much of what Scary Girl can do compared to Mal. Mal had a ENTIRE SEASON worth of screen time while Scary Girl has only I think around 4 eps. Also Scary Girl grabbered a bear and threw it around and all Mal did was just crush Alejandro's Wrist, crush a cellphone with one hand and did other stuff. He also used the monkey bars to hurt someone with his legs as well. But to me it seems Scary Girl could be stronger but we just haven't seen enough of her compared to Mal.
