Malabar is mostly rural residential with all the shopping and dining happening in nearby Palm Bay. Malabar is the perfect place for those who love boating and fishing as Grant and Sebastian's public boat ramps are a few miles away. Malabar is also super close to I95 which makes it very convenient.

It is a beautiful area with a strong sense of community. You live in the country, but not far from amenities.
