First off, wonderful analysis and breakdown fellas. Great work. Second, personally, I think the value for these types of players is only going to go up as the NFL landscape changes. We just witnessed Tyreek Hill mania the last few years (pre snap motion, screens, yac, the goods), albeit a much faster and different type of player, they are utilized in a similar "gadget" way. To me this pick was a steal, he is the "Brock Bowers" of the receivers as far as YAC and tackle breaking goes and he may ironically be the one out of the two that fits with their team properly. Arod LOVES the run game/short pass game setting up play action deep shots, and it was WAY cheaper to get a rookie to fill that role (along with Zay Gips). At the end of the day, we never know, and the scouting process is what makes it fun. Whether Hackett is an actual OC next year will most likely determine this guy's chances.

Yo, Deebo had 15 Bench Press reps. Corley had 27, that's even more than Derrick Hennry. The reason they have trouble tackling him is because he is Significantly Stronger than the DB's trying to tackle him, that's why his production will continue in the NFL!!!

@@darrenwilliams6469 27 Reps with 225Lbs, that's more than Derrick Hennry had. Despite everyone in the NFL being bigger, stronger, faster. Corley's strength is still significantly more than every DB in the NFL. 4.4 is plenty speed when you're that powerful.
@GreasyWop4 ай бұрын
These guys dont understand the bigger picture. If Corley is the main weapon on the Jets of course it would be easy to roll coverage to him and shut him down. Jets ticket holder since ‘06. This reminds of a Brad Smith or Braxton Berrios or Jeremy Kerley type of player. I think you could see him as a punt returner. Deebo comps are off.
