Solution -: 1)remind yourself, how harmful daydreaming is for you 2)if it is coming 100 times stop it 100 times by imposing Your will power and full potential )it will improve will power and self control and make you powerful

Sir mai dosto k saath baate karta rehta hu imagination mai...aur dimag mai argument And create fake scenarios... Is this the solution?? Aur mai ek cheez bar bar repeat karta hu ...untill i get satisfaction.

Accept what happened and admit the mistakes that were made. You can't fix what happened but you can fix what is happening now and what will happen in the future if you try.

U HAVE TO FIND A REPLACEMENT FOR IT.... FIRST THING IS TRY TO UNDERSTAND WHY UR DOING IT THEN WHAT WAS THE REASON WHY I LIKE TO DAY DREAM AND U HAVE TO UNDERSTAND U HAVE TO STOP THIS NO MATTER WHAT... AS HE TOLD U THAT U HAVE TO STOP U JUST MAKE A HABIT TO STOP THIS OR U HAVE TO FIND SOMETHING MORE FUN THING THEN DAY DREAMING AND REPLACE IT WITH UR DAY DREAMING IF U NEED ANY HELP DO ASK ME I WILL REPLY 🙃🤗

i started Daydreaming from 8years old to become a Cricketer, today I am 30 & half years old, it took 22 years to fully Quit MDD all my life I failed again & again not to daydream, failed in engineering, failed to develop a Hobby, I failed to live a real life, but finally 6months ago I visited a Psychologist when I was sacked from my job due to not Focussing on my Tasks. 4months ago I got an opportunity to be a Junior Data Analyst, happy with my Life, almost no Daydream, no Procrastination, no ADD(attention deficit disorder) , no smoking cigarettes at all. *Thanks to :-* 1. everyday sleeping & waking up on a set time even on weekends 2. reading 3. meditation 4. limited use of Mobile Phones 5. regular exercise 6. practice (stock market/python coding) atleast 10-20mins per day 7. paying gratitude & affirmations 8. journaling / planning a night before *did this 8 things for 7-8 months, and results shocked me*

Post central gyrus is the part of the brain responsible for proprioception & we do compulsive dd due to weakened proprioception

This daydreaming will 80% cured by only sense control (If give input in computer then only cpu will process and give output ) And now present processing will cured by only meditation

@@farmeryaar5860 jab bhi daydreaming hoti thi jaise hi hosh aata tha ki daydreaming kar rahi hun turant stop kar deti thi hamare consious mind ko pata hota hai ki daydreaming nhi karna hai lekin hamare subconscious mind ko nhi pata hai aur daydreaming subconscious mind karta hai isliye daydreaming ko rokne ke liye humme subconscious mind tak ye message pahochana hoga

Hello sir , my name is Naman , I am suffering from OCD since the moment I was in class 12 in 2020 . Since then I have been facing OCD , I have total 13 symptoms of OCD and among all the major one is " Reading OCD " . In Reading OCD I read a particular heading / topic multiple times because I get anxiety that my mind didn't understand or whatever I am reading that is wrong this statement my mind says . I read the starting word of a sentence multiple times again because of anxiety , my mind says I am wrong & my mind says I didn't understand or because of perfection . I read the new & complex word multiple times , the more I read the more my anxiety & OCD increases . I try to avoid but my anxiety and thoughts are out of control . I recheck , reread the particular topic new & complex word multiple times . Sometimes during my studies I get the intense anxiety . Now I am afraid of reading & studying . I am a UPSC aspirant . Please help , otherwise I will have to suicide ! Waiting for your reply .

This is effect of our imagination life keep thease things 1 avoid unnecessary use of phone and social media 2 don't compare with others 3 do exercise and play any outdoor games like cricket football lumping runing not alone do with company plz remember this 4 daily routine for your study I think if you do all those things you will help 🥰🥰🥰

Hello Bhaiya I'm a 11 grader. Just don't worry Bhaiya I also have mixed ocd and maladaptive dreamer I can understand how the hell it feels but you know what I just decided that OCD is nothing which will order me it's in my mind and my mind is inside me not I am inside my mind so I just stopped doing some compulsion and read a book called 'freedom from obsession cimpulsive disorder' by Johan grayson it's amazing I reccomend you to read and just chill because OCD will never harm you or your famiky we are all together and we will have victory on it let's do it.🤗.
