Wow, beautiful! The age, scale and just over-the-top of it all is amazing (and I really like it)... thank you for the tour.

Magnífica catedral, aunque nos impresiona más la de Mallorca, siendo más austera. Gracias Steve y Anita.

Tip. One of the best times to visit the cathedral is Christmas, large lit up nativity scene on the main steps. Thanks Steve and Anita.

Beautiful cathedral, amazing. Something pulled at my heart when you videoed Jesus on the cross. I found it disrespectful of you as you are a nonbeliever, leave Jesus alone. Photograph the rest. Brought tears to my eyes.

Jesus on the cross was put there for people to see amd remember. By photographing the statues more people are able to see this wonderful art.

@@SteveandAnitainMallorca It was a photograph of someone dying on the cross photographed without feeling by an atheist. That is what upset me. No human emotion from you,

Steve, if you are not religious, then you would not have got married in a church or had your children christened. I find that very sad.
@SteveandAnitainMallorca3 ай бұрын
I understand your feelings, but I can still appreciate the architecture, art, history, literature, without being religious and I am happy to accept that you and others have their beliefs.
@marie94193 ай бұрын
@@SteveandAnitainMallorca I see, but why go into a house of God if you don't believe? I realize now that maybe you are not married, and that is not a criticism. If you don't believe and are not a Christian, that is for you. The same is true if your children have not been christened or baptized in the name of God. You and maybe your children are not hypocrites, you have decided not to marry or christen your children in the name of God. I was surprised, that's all.

@@marie9419 Churches are often beautiful buildings, like castles and stately home. The architects and builders had great skills to achieve such amazing structures.

@@SteveandAnitainMallorca, I agree. As you said, you are not religious and are interested in architecture. Makes me think, if you are not religious, you would not get married in a church, have a religious ceremony, or have your children christened or baptized. It would be hypocritical of you to involve yourself in a religious ceremony. Christmas is coming, which is also a religious ceremony. But obviously, you will not celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. That is up to you. You just surprised me by not being a Christian.

@@marie9419 We are looking forward to the Christmas period, seeing our family, visiting churches to see the nativity scenes, the Christmas lights. We won't be celebrating Halloween, it's not something I particularly like. We may take our grandchildren to see Santa.

Steve, we have now got it straight, you said you are not religious, you do not believe in Jesus Christ, and you did not get your children christened, All I said then you must not have got married in a church. That is fine. You also said you do not see Christmas as a religious ceremony,
