You can "cheat" this boss by going into the left bottom corner next beside his tentactil and stay there the whole time. He cant touch you there at all and you kill him with range attacks 😅

I just got the caint die bug stuck on 0 HP had the same thing in beta to. hopefully my backup saves can fix it

You can go down the stairs to avoid the beam in p3 if you alrady used your movement skill since the tentacle blocking the stairs goes away in p3.

Just fight him from the stairs if you are a range char. If you are a melee char just move to the stairs when he does his shit ;)

you CANNOT play a rogue without shift..... and the invulnerable skill pasive.....

It is true that Shifts immunity gives a good advantage over other traversals such as aerial I am using here. But my Aeriel in this build has too much synergy to drop I am afraid. So it is what it is :D
