Eddie, or Edward as I knew you, wonderful tour of the Main Street--where we lived, looking out at Hogan's, buying sweets in Ridgway's, watching my first glimpse of television in the window of Lawless's shop--happy memories indeed! Thank you.

Anne. I remember you well. I assume you still keep in touch with my sister Anne. She is in Wagga Wagga in Australia now. Nice to hear from you. Is your brother edward still in Ireland?

Lived in Malahide in late 60’s till mid 70’s. My father owned Whites hardware. He sold it to another Mr white (from Donegal and no relation). It was then Whites furniture store for many years. Last time I visited Malahide I believe the shop was been dropped and replaced by boots or a similar type pharmacy.

Thanks Eddie, it's John Lawless who is carrying the lawless brothers torch. Do you remember my mam Brenda Ridgeway, she opened Ridgeways Barbers on New St. Down from Gibney's, if you have any photos my mam( who has spent the last 30 years in the USA ( married and divorced from Tony Cannon) would make her extremely happy 🙏

Hi Mark! it's Eddie's son Rory here - I'll pass onto my dad and see if he remembers, have no doubt he will!
