Malai Ladoo :
Ingredients :
1 lit - Milk
boil it
Take small bowl :
2 tbsp - Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup - Water
add above Water,Chenna Will be ready, immediately add
3 Cup - Water
Take one bowl and keep muslin cloth and pour the Chenna and Water ,strain it ane keep in another Water bowl for Wash, squeeze little bit and Chenna will be ready,Grate it keep aside
Take a Pan and add
500 ml - Full Fat Milk
Boil and add
4 tbsp - Sugar
boil till hald and then add
1/4 Cup - Malai
Mix very well and add Grated Chenna Or Ready made Paneer 180 gm we can use instead of Chenna and mix it
Dry it little bit like semi thickens
Close the flame and add
1 tsp - Cardamom Powder
mix very well and remove in plate ,let completely cool down
When it is luke warm churn little bit in Mixture Grinder
Grease hand with ghee and knead little bit like soft and smooth dough
Make a small balls and Garnish with Pistachio Flakes
make a dot of kesar Colour over the ladoo
and Serve.
