Malaybalay City sits atop a heart shaped plateau located in the heart of Bukidnon, a highland which also happens to be the heart of Mindanao. It is no wonder that, no matter how cold the temperature gets in Malaybalay, the people remain warm and loving.
Malaybalay, known as the City in the Forest, is the capital of the Province of Bukidnon and is located 622 meters above sea level. The city varies in land forms. It is characterized by its rolling hills and plains, snaking rivers and creeks, and deep canyons and valleys. A first class component city and capital of the province of Bukidnon.
