I am one of the owner of X50 2023. What I would like to say about Proton is... Please improve your deliverabilities in terms of spare parts and parts of quality... I had been waiting some part to change and takes me about almost 3 months... I am so frustrated that Proton doesn't improve their after sales service since MCO until today.

haters gonna hate, but as a person who’s been driving it since the first batch, yes the after sales service needs improvement and yes proton needs to come with a better plan . but speaking about the car it self, it has been a surprisingly well driven car, to those who are condemning ( 3 cylinders ) , no improvement, no AC\AA ,*fun fact , even teslas dont have them . i advise you to look elsewhere, dont worry, your money is well spent in your favour. the 3 cylinders engine has proved itself that it is not going anywhere soon, but hey, what do i know , im just an end user, i just want something thats completed so yeah , about the technicals, ill leave those to the professionals, when someone suggested we should stop buying just cause its not giving more , well look at Perodua , should we stop buying when the parent company faked some “ tests “ , but hey i dont know, but i would stay away from that not until , you know things are “ cleared “cleared . and btw why is there a “ King “ titled for a certain car, guessing we should stop buying that as well , cause you know.. anyways great review, and yes the RCs shouldve at least come with new alloys , couldn’t agree more , or spoilers *but they did maintain the price, so.. yeah thats that

You HAVE to make a video on the X5O customer experiences at their local Proton Service Stations as i truly believe ( as a previous owner of 2 proton cars) ...is an ABSOLUTE nightmare😂😅. I'm afraid this absolutely ties in the bigger picture of owning an X50 or any other proton model😅 Please consider doing the video

Start using x50 since March 2024, not even 1 year now the windows cannot be operated manually or using voice command. Lighting can be used manually only. Need to check wiring...

Doesn't change much... Always give excuses about out of stock due to long waiting list blah blah blah... I had been waiting for some parts like bumper, font fender, mud guard, and some small parts since last mid April, until this week SC only contacted me that my parts all already arrived. 😅😅

2GB RAM and 32GB Storage? even a cheap phone have more than that. its a car system, they should at least give 6 or 8 GB of RAM and 128GB Storage, its not like its expensive or something. by the way, enjoyable reviews as always, thumbs up!

Honestly loke yhe car .but when it vomes to partds availability in SA is a disaster.as i am stil waiting for 3 month is frustrating .with a brsnd new car.not yet fixed.i tnk they must have other manufacturers company gor their parts around SA as well.than to wait for Malaysia to deliver.i am do stressed.

Our China overlord didn't approve for an upgrade so we're stuck with this old design and unwanted tri cylinder for a few more years. But it doesn't matter malaysians are simple it will still sell well
