4:26 ACTUAL 3e stuff like Manual of the Planes and BoVD absolutely had the Hag Queen ruling the rock faces, it wasn't till LATE 3.5 that they changed it to the Hag Queen's corpse and I could have sworn FC2 did mention the bouldercliffs.

Ya I was using the Fiendish Codex as my 3e source. I didn’t realize the lore differed that much between 3 and 3.5

Not sure if it really matters, but I thought I'd point out a small mistake you made. In the video the information you provide about the layer in 3rd edition is actually from 3.5th (I assume your using the fiendish codex 2 as your primary source). In 3.0 the layer is still ruled by the Hag Countess and is still sloped like 2nd edition. The 3rd edition manual of the planes is a decent source if you want 3.0 3rd edition info.

I lump 3 and 3.5 together. I have the 3e manual of the planes and I know the hag countess still ruled it in that version, I was just pointing out the differences between editions so I didn’t feel a need to mention it.
