These episodes remind me of watching tv on a lazy summer weekend on channel 7 in the suburbs of Sydney in the 80s

@@unchecked9724 Exactly...a bauxite mine would have poisoned all of that water and killed off just about every living thing till the end of time...the damage would have been irreversible but that was the mentality of State and Federal governments since just after WW2

I looked it up and apparently David Attenborough named the horizontal falls..? I wonder if that’s true? I thought Malcom found them before David? Anyone know?
@russellking97625 ай бұрын
The Aborigine undoubtedly would have known they were there long before the coming of the white man...having said that why does something have to be labelled as being 'discovered' only after a white man has seen it and not a native man? and i'm not just referring to Australia but in just about any country. Anyone know?

It turns out dogs are a liability for adventurer in the wild. In the american continent many have been killed by grizzly bears because their dog barked and harassed bears (i get angry too when a dog owner dog barks at me so i understand the bear reaction). And in Australia Malcolm is watching after his dog not the other way round. In an emergency situation that dog will not be of much help. Dogs are useless.

What is up with so many of you Aussie men having to grow these scrubby beards? As a matter of fact, I've seen a few Aussie women with beards to! If you kept them clean & groomed that would be one thing, but mist don't according to the many Australian wildlife videos I've watched!

Whats with you Yanks being so fat? Do you not ever exercise or something? Have you heard of this thing called the sun? A beard is literally the best protection from it.
