Using drones aren't permitted at adaaran, how did you manage to capture those shots

I wasn't aware no drone permission and I saw another guest using Phantom, much bigger than my Sparks. However I did the flight planing to fly it away from people. My latest trip to another resort, there was a clearly annouce no drone so I didn't use.
