Does anyone know for Varu , the transfer from the airport to the resort and back is included ? Do you have to prebook the transfer ?

Yes the transfer on the speedboat was included. You can speak to the hotel to arrange it based on your arrival time.

Yes! Varu was all inclusive. Certain items in the minibar were free.
