I'm rich bcoz I could speak Chinese and 6 other languages, and I'm too having business with them. Chinese mindset is very simple i.e "Srategic Business Oriented". They don't give damn to emotions or feelings. However...Maldives is 6000 km away from Beijing when compared to the gap between India and Maldives is just about 723 km apart! Me hope the government of Tamilnad does an "Important role play" in this issue. Don't they (tamilnad) make a "polical mess up" similar to what they did in Srilanka Eelam issue in the past. Influence of Beijing in Srilanka came after 2009, upon the blunder and failure by the Indian government in the Srilankan issue. We also aware about the Tamilnad's blunder in the prevailing Kachchatheevu issue! That reflects "Total stupidity & Ignorance" by fellow Indians! Sorry, me mentioning about Tamilnad (despite Kerala is closest to Lakshadweep) it is bcoz the state Tamilnad is currently the 3rd largest economy in India, and that why on January 7th we (singapore) signed a $5B investment with Tamilnad, including in Tourism.
