Can you use carburetor cleaner for the throttle body

Once you mess with that part you have to have it hooked up to computer to reset the system

I moved my throttle was idling super rough took in to relearn throttle ran 1000x better tranny responds better with ecu bcm reset

My neighbors 09 Tahoe that I'm trying to help him fix started running itself up and holding rpms after letting off the throttle, after I cleaned his throttle body. It drives like it has cruise control automatically set to whatever you last had your foot at when you let off the pedal

Mine 07 gmc Denali suv is tuned but when I go 30mph it goes from 2k rpm’s too 3k and sounds like I’m stepping on it hard is that normal ?

@@ozzyflores4043 all depends on other factors.. if it's downshifting that wouldn't be abnormal, unless it stays stuck like that. Did you just clean your throttle body?

@@SLZR60 yeah, it was just the throttle body needing lots of time to relearn. I'm talking weeks worth of time. Its surprising just how long these TBs take to relearn after a cleaning.

@@chadg6874 I heard u can touch the negative and positive cables for the battery as well. Mine just started 2 days ago since cleaning but hopefully it does not take weeks. Thanks bro

I have that same one but couldnt get the check engine obd2 thing to work how do you set it up?

If your obdii that came with the head unit is connected, but not responding, disconnect for 30 seconds, reconnect and turn key on, but don't start.... open the torque app and press the fault codes(check engine picture)... if connected it will show the progress in percentage.....
