congrats to matt on his weight gain. I was also a very skinny little man in my early 20s probably till i was about 26 then i just started eating more and gaining a bunch of weight. Im honestly not too sure what happened lol but i was always hovering around 130lb being 5'10 now im 186lb and look like a normal human being. Its a very good feeling after struggling with being skinny your entire life and being made fun of

Being underweight is a weird one, people don't treat it is as serious or as sensitive a subject as overweight for some reason. For ever I've had everyone say you need some meat on you or you should gain some weight. Imagine if I said the overweight version of that to one of the girls that would tell me that, if I said 'you're looking pretty fat recently, you really should loose a few pounds.' There would be OUTRAGE! lol

Mainly social anxiety but then I don’t know exactly what clicked in my brain honestly, I just naturally started eating a shit ton more (what some would consider “normal” amounts of eating lol) and I guess age finally did it’s thing and slowed down my stupidly fast metabolism and I just gained like 60 pounds in like 5 months. It was crazy. I’ve loved cooking since I was a teenager but had an eating disorder, it truly made no sense. But I didn’t use any medication for it, it just naturally happened and I’m so thankful. NOTHING WRONG WITH USING MEDS TO HELP YOURSELF PEOPLE. If you’re struggling with being underweight and you’re around 28 years old like myself, follow in Fat Watson’s footsteps and tell your doctor you wanna try some things to see if you can get some results. I know the feeling and I wish you the best partner ❤️
