I had both a male and female I found with my male he was much more social, cuddly and playful. With my female she liked being with you but not a lap cat and she was much more independent she was picky about who she would let pet her she never swatted anyone but she would meow at them like they were an annoyance at times if they were new.

MALE RAGDOLL is the best choice for me as far as FAMILY cat as and the video mentioned they dont attach to just one or 2 person in the family so everyone feels they are equally or close to equally loved by the cat.

What you’re saying is 100%. I have a 1.5 yr old female and i just got a 10 week old male last week. It’s like having a toddler😅. I’m hoping he grows out of the cheeky stage a bit. When you got your male was he a bit scared from you like did he run away when you approached him? It’s only been a week so hoping he’ll warm up to us more. He hates being held but is also getting more used to it.

Omg hahah goodluck! Our boy is still very cheeky but they’re getting closer and closer as he gets older! Our boy PB was the opposite he was like jumping all over us and climbing on us nonstop! I’m sure yours will come around

@@anthorpologyupdate. Omg he’s almost 8 months now and he’s the best. Still cheeky and typical “boy” behaviour unlike princess lily who thinks he’s the worst decision we’ve ever made for her hahah. I ended up getting a ragdoll kitten from a breeder there not cheap i can tell u this much i got a blue mink bicolor ragdoll kitten shes now 5 months old and weights 8.6 lbs she eats 3 times a day and its portions too man u got to brush them like every day too but she is cream and white color

There is no such thing as a hypoallergenic cat but the best thing for you to do is brush 1-3 times a day to minimize the shedding. Because the saliva is what most people are allergic for. It's a certain enzyme and when it dries up it let's go from the fur and swooshes in the air. The breed he just mentioned and Russian blues are also lower on the shedding side.
