@Nahida2909 and your thinking is why you lose. Do not think of Mages as being able to go 1v1 with a MM, Fighter, Jungler or Tank. A Mage best role is to support and crowd control. Mages like Cecilion, Aurora, Vexana, Valir, Nana, Zhuxin, Pharsa and Odette are great at crowd control. Use them like that so you can avoid MM. And then buy at least 1 armor rather than all out defense. In tournaments, you see pro players buy armors because they don't just go all-out brawl like Solo Q players do.

Malefic Gun has one quick fix that can balance the item all together, start of with 10% range boost but every basic attack adds 1% extra range, capped at 5 stacks for 15% extra range this way the pesky poke that just straight up kills everyone in the late game where you have no time to react is gone but in prolonged team fights the item is still the same as the original server version, makes it so marksman cant just push without minions, atleast they'll need to attack something 5 times before pushing the towers without minions again

Agreed. His range isn't what makes him deadly, it's his dmg/crit. That enemy can't punsih him back, not before him deleting all enemy lineup. Just nerf his dps growth/reduce his skill 1 crit. This only bring good news to heroes who can outrange him, and still an nightmare for melee heroes.

The problem that people never realized is that layla only getting buff, she never got any nerf because other markman always outdo her. The only reason she's good this season because people thought she was actually good but in reality other mm easily can beat her. Just like layla need to perform second skill then basic to stun, other markman just need to use their skill correctly then their can win. It's all about skill. I have seen enough tournament player using claude but using his ultimate as the cleaner not started, he's good at melting full hp hero to half and lower but weaker the moment enemy hp are already low. Basically, if people doesn't know how to use a hero correctly and only follow strong player from tournament then their will never know the actual potential the hero their are using have. The only reason tournament player are tournament player is because their are a team not a player. Even a hero as weak as zilong can be extremely powerful if their coordinate him correctly in team plays.

Yeah this is justified considering that Marksmen can poke you inside the turret range without consequences. What's the point of being in the main base turret when MMs can poke you freely? I don't even need to be a mage main to know this because I experienced this so many times as a Roam, EXP, and Mage. It's worse for melee fighters because even if they have phys defense, they still take a really huge amount of damage because pf that item having the same PEN as Malefic Roar but with better unique effects.

Justified. This is much better than individually nerf the marksmen. (Only Miya was nerfed damage wise. I believe they need to revert her nerf with this change.) Also, why is Thunderbelt, which is a tank item has a passive that only marksmen can activate? No wonder most tank fell because they rarely basic attack an enemy you know? I believe an adjustment for Thunderbelt is necessary. My suggestion: Extra Effecct: Gains 1 stack every 15 seconds which permanently increases Hybrid Defense (Max stacks: 100). Effect does not apply to Marksmen and Mages. This effect is reduced to 50% for Jungler (anyone with retri.) With this, most tank will be tanky again without needing to do basic attack (most tanks are squishy as F, with some exceptions). The reason why the effect is halved for Jungler is to avoid the dominance of Tank Jungler (they will be a pain when they snowball with this item.)

I think it's ratio for Total Attack Speed, not amount. For example from 80% of Total Attack Speed to 60% of Total Attack Speed. Leading Bruno's Total Attack Speed almost become like Granger's Total Attack Speed. So, I think buying extra Attack Speed might not be much a good idea.

Not just with him, whenever I play with players from another country, my ping gets high due to the server. Is there no solution to this? Like in Roblox and many other games, we can play with players from different countries without network issue.

Kinda unfair for Miya and Bruno got nerf for this Malefic gun but not Layla? So now they nerf malefic gun instead of the owner of the item. But the nerf on the two hero remains. Poor miya and bruno who just got the spotlight and instantly taken just because of an item.

In both mythical honor and glory the winrate of bruno and miya is above layla since before new malefic gun added and now So the nerf is ok imo. Also in proscene the winrate and pickrate of bruno and miya is much better than layla😂

Layla not having a brutal nerf this time just because of Malefic Gun makes sense, since unlike Bruno and Moskov whose agile af gold laners that can defend well against assassins, Layla lacks anything to defend against assassins. Additionally, Layla is also a good answer to a Bruno And this shows why you need to look at the enemy lineup and allied lineup before drafting a hero, especially when trying to draft gold laners who have a hard time dealing with assassins

Both miya and bruno has mobility that can deal damage and can manage to run away like it's nothing While layla is more of a mm who deals damage behind their teammate. Same with Ixia

For me, I think instead nerfing of Malefic Gun, They have to nerf marksmen who can perform in early without ultimate like the buff of yin and marksmen who can benefit for malefic gun to balance it for better better or worse performance.

The problem is the 30% penetration, marksman already do insane damage and with the penetration from that item just makes them op
