You’d see Bob rated 1/5 with no apparent downside or hear that cards like Red Guardian, Cannonball, and Speed weren’t worth your keys. But over time, as the meta shifted, those cards still held their ground and did their job well. A good rule of thumb: go for the cards that excite you and fit your playstyle. Take creator opinions with a healthy pinch of salt, even if they’re top-tier players. The meta does change, even if it’s been a bit slower lately-playing what you enjoy will always be better than getting swept up in FOMO.

Honestly I was failing to see how Malekith could be good especially with only low cost cards, being completely random, and not revealing until the end which isn't always great especially if you can't control it lol. I guess this is better than I thought, but still not my style and I'm saving my keys for Fenris Wolf!😂

"Completely random" is a misunderstanding. Sersi is a bigger random than Malekith. because deckbuilding, and Similar with Blink, If you build the deck right You'll always know what blink/malekith will hit. Malakith has less control than blink, but he is a "free draw and play" and good cards love him. (Like Sage.) Most games you can known what he will hit and it will be good. However, I too am waiting for fenrir, because fenrir feeds into a new archetype. While Malekith mostly empowers established ones.

been playing Malekith in Devil Dino and it's reinvogorated my love for the deck! Highly recommend trying them together to anyone who has malekith already (idk if you wanna pull for malekith just to play devil dino? Jubilee does something similar so it's not like a MUST USE card)

Sick brew! I'll always use any reason I can to run master mold lol. I'm only torn on keys vs tokens for malekith. I have the other two spotlight cards and I loathe having to use keys when I have the other cards and end up with a bunch of variants and a dupe/1K tokens.

Oh my god, I went on a hiatus for 4 or 5 months and came back 3 months ago. Before I left I had 20k tokens, 6 or 7 keys and I've bought every season pass, daily gold pass, and some other good value bundles since then but I'm still missing 1 or 2 cards in most of the decks, it's sooo frustrating!!

Honestly? Malekith looks unreliable, unnecessary and VERY hard work! Early days I know and may improve with further testing, but who has time for investing time and energy into a card that is ultimately "meh"? Especially after today's Rivsls announcement! Save resources for those cards instead right?
