malena is wonderful and i'm so proud of being swedish right now! this is our best contribution since 1999, when charlotte nilsson won the eurovision song contest. only a fool will deny that this is high quality. she's one of europe's best operah singers! if sweden don't win i hope for TURKEY or MOLDAVIA. i will vote for one of them. i haven't decided which one of them yet. ;)

This is a seriously highly polished piece of performance - outstanding in many ways - a fusion of dance, classical and musical theatre - it really really works! And, what an outstanding performance - utter precision, control and enjoyment! Classical trained singer, possibly experimenting in this style - it works - more please!

To the people that say she sounds like a man is because she is an opera singer. One of our best here in Sweden and you should know that's it's not that easy for opera singers to sing "normal", like in pop songs. I remember when she won and she is amazing, and sings really good in pop songs for being an opera singer.

I was a bit doubting to this in the beginning, but as they've been playing this song on the radio, I've fallen more and more in love with it. It stands out because of the opera and techno combination, and her looks are just amazing! I don't understand why so many people are asking if she's male! If men can have light voices, women can certainly have dark. And she has both!

@@Crustis her voice sounded weird in all the higher registers to me. lower it was uniform pure timbre and pitch, but at the higher pitches the vibrato was uneven and she either has a weird wobble or they are auto tuning this. which with the level of voice manipulation on other vocal tracks, i find it hard to believe hers would be totally pure. Which really calls into question how much of this was actually her imo

I love her combination of the low voice and then the high chorus! It's my favorite entry this year (Followed closely by Malta). I'm excited for this year... Many countries have started to take Eurovision seriously and sent decent songs, and this should be the best year yet! Good luck to Sweden and all other participants this year.

I love this song, and I ear it endless times!!! I don't intend to be better than no one, but let's face the truth, you have to be educated and cultivated, to learn to recognize the excellence when you ear it. Just the people with a sophisticated taste, fully appreciates this beautiful and unique interpretation, who tries to establish a bridge between classical and pop music. Malena's interpretion in this song, is for me "just" the best ever in the Eurovision contest history.

ah, jag saknar när melodifestivalen var såhär, när musiken faktiskt var bra. det här är så jäkla coolt. liksom, vem tusan har såhär coola kostymer och blandar opera och pop i mello längre? Funny how this is the only Eurovision song I regularly come back to listen to, and people are still coming here to listen to it 18 months later. This is clearly the best Eurovision entry for a very long time, but unfortunately a lot of people don't appreciate the operatic style, and for that we can blame the crappy pop obsessed media. Her mad expressions together with the coloratura at 2:27 are excellent, reminiscent of the Queen of The Night from Mozart's 'The Magic Flute'.

David Lang It’s more about this woman and Sweden using her daughters illness for personal gain. Teaching a child she has no future because of climate change.Greta needs school and a therapist not traveling the world to cry and shout at the wrong people. This and other things cause Sweden to seem outrageous.
