Does learning tools like after effects and Blender help in the long run when it comes to 3-D and animation, while learning Ux design ?

That depends whether you want to be a standard UX designer or just a general web designer. There are definitely more jobs for versatile web designers out there so knowing at least a little of surrounding areas like animation or 3d always helps.

A page can be beautiful without animations too. Many companies go for cheap to code templates and end up with just plain bad websites. There is a middle ground that should definitely be followed.

Form follows function is the golden rule in web design. The designs are beautiful but they perform awful in seo and usability etc.. They look nice on desktop but we are in 2024 -> MOBILE FIRST.
