I like this idea of sandwich post. Are you familiar with hook-retain-reward framework? It is what this framework does, but just using words alone, and here you add visuals too. And I strongly disagree with using parallax. While effect itself is not good or bad, so far I have not seen a single good implementation of parallax in whole internet. To put it very softly, each and every implementation is made for people with eye disability. Because healthy people immediately start bleeding from seeing stuttered animations. This actually concerns most of scroll based animations on web, they just hurt to look at.

I’ve been conversion focused since 2020. Connecting site to Microsoft Clarity (free heat map) reviewing data, scroll cool off, rage clicking, and recordings. Reality of people using your website, never matches the fassumptions during the design phase. And more shocking if you find that 90% of your visitors are on their phones, why invest so much time and desktop experience?

Thanks for sharing all these inspirations, Malewicz. This is a very great example to help potential SaaS startups to follow as your examples are making legit senses! What do you think other niches beside SaaS like Real-estate and Hotel can do the same thing to really boost the conversions?

Small nitpick, the arrow pointing from the button with the arrow pointing to the button creates some visual friction. That aside, great video and I learned a lot! 🙌

8:35 I don't know if I really like the 2 arrows pointing to each other, it makes it look like I can see/do something with the space between the button and the curly arrow. Is it a good idea to use another icon in the CTA button instead of the arrow? Great video! I am learning a lot!

I think you're calling it a bit too early. But, one day soon some company will heavily invest in a new design. It will make them filthy rich and suddenly other companies will be desperately trying to find talented UI artists.

I personally don't think designers should be looking to new and emerging trends, instead they should be focusing on legacy functions and design principles that have survived over the last 10 or more years. As these are proven to have a long lasting life expectancy, and users will be more familiar with these decisions

I’m noticing a trend in SaaS where more and more companies are using videos (usually customer testimonials) in the hero section, usually on the right side, where the your “emotional connection” main image would go.
