It's also not legal or up to code. So dangerous. My in-laws also lost a child in a pool. It's just not worth it, especially if you throw a nice bday like this, money would be well spent for safety.

When they're young too many gifts is overwhelming. I like to open one gift a day for my daughter to play with. I put alot of them away for a rainy day. So like see how she was hooked on the buckets, we would stick to buckets for a little while. Then introduce her to another gift over time. She will appreciate it more that way. I of course open all the gifts myself and sort it out and send the thank you notes.
