It's amazing in the winter - you are literally at the bottom of the gorge, walking on a frozen sheet of surface water and the river is still rushing there, under your feet. Incredible!

I wish I could bottle the energy those kids have. Looks like the trail gets a little rough, but well worth the effort. That is a cool looking waterfall at 7:27. Great hike and great views, but beware those shortcuts.

Beautiful Maligne Canyon! You showcased it very well, and the kids didn't look tired at all. I was exhausted making it maybe half way to the fifth bridge before turning back - so congrats for going all the way there. Well done, my friend 👍. It was a long one, I'll give you that! I was really proud of the kiddos for doing it - they had more energy than me at the end, putting me to shame. Granted, I ended up carrying two backpacks by the end as well. ;)

Gosh...that is an impressive amount of water going through that canyon. I would imagine the flow would be even bigger during spring runoff. Yeowza! I'm cracking up over your husband's shortcuts. That is usually my strategy to extend the hike out a little longer when my family goes with me. LOL! Looks like your kids did great!
