I have grown up listening Malinitai. It is she who imbibed classical music in me. Her many concerts are alive in my mind. I heard her at Garware college , at NCPA , at Ichalkarangi and innumerable times at my house through C D . She is my idol who gave me immens pleasure. Thanks.

I personally consider Jaunpuri to be owned by Gaansaraswati, her thin, melancholic, voice and emotional presentation brings out the longing of the morning. Maliniji is more orthodox, methodical and adds a degree of firmness.
