Another fantastic video Malini. My Italian great grandfather was born in Chile when his parents were on tour with the Teatro di San Carlo. Although they only stayed about 6 months in Santiago before going back to Naples Italy, I’ve always considered myself a part of Chile. One thing that must be remembered about the 1973 coup is, We (America) helped overthrow and install Pinoche. Henry Kissinger directed the CIA to get rid of the president.

That long, de facto island by the sea is gorgeous. It practically feels like you could reach out and touch the sun. There's a dark history there, though, and you can see echoes of it in the street art, especially the graffiti. You can have a great time eating and dancing there, and the locals are super friendly. It's amazing how easily you connect with everyone - you're a real people person. The women on the fishmarket says:" Linda chica", I agree with her🌹💚
