People who say Sicilian culture is closer to Arab than Italian really display their ignorance, if not bigotry. The Arabs dominated Sicily for only about 150 years. Greeks and Romans dominated it for 1,500 years. Who do you think had the greater cultural impact? 🙄

Napoli! I loved it there. I was stationed there on a navy ship from 1983 to 1976. I visited France, Africa, Greece, Spain and a few other countries. Naples ,Italy is my favorite. Love the people and culture. I was a young man while I was stationed there and I was blessed to have a family that adopted me as if I was there son. Salvador , Carmela and two kids Lalo and Lucia I miss you and hope to see you again one day.

The Arabs she mentioned are black Islamics called Moors. As in moorish of the moorish empire who took over, bought people, heavily influenced laws and dominated a few European countries for around 900 years after the ancient Roman Empire.

JayZ is going to jail, and this kid is not getting adopted by him 14:15 . What's heartbreaking are all these kids day dreaming about "content creating" and talking about being homeless at the same time. I grew up in LA in the 70's-80's. The kids in my neighborhood SFV were rebuilding VW engines in the back yard, working after school jobs, skateboarding on weekends, riding bikes in the mountains. YT channel "80s Life" does a good job of recapping those years. LA has gone downhill en masse, along with the culture, politics, the work ethic, but the expectations have risen.

We're visiting LA for a month and I'll say the buses run on time and frequently in our experience. It could be much nicer if they employed some folks to remove litter, maybe start an anti littering campaign. The Broad museum and the Hollyhock house were amazing
