I have had two German Shepherds and they are brilliant faithfully and highly intelligent dogs. These Malinois make them look like an old Labrador. I could never own one. It would be like owning a remote controlled missile, just terrifying in the wrong hands!!

I had a malinois. Fast and agile. She was social and check everyone out. She hated loose dogs. I had at least eight encounters of medium to large dogs on my walks. Fortunately nothing serious. Once I kept the dog separate till the owner came and leashed the dog she was laid back. Never was aggressive but just defensive. It took on warning bark from her to set things off. She watched every person when we walked till we were a distance away from them. She got old and her system just collapsed. Had to carry her to the vet. One house hold dog Just jealous. Got a long with cats and slept together.

I grew up with German Shepard’s then got a rescue Austrian Shepard , never felt safer. I would love a dog like this or another GS but can’t afford to buy one. I keep looking even at rescue places .

Réaction naturelle d'un chien qui protège sa petite sœur, mon danois faisait la même chose pour protéger ma nièce mais en plus soft et quand un chien de 80kg protège sa petite sœur humaine tu réfléchis bien fort avant de tenter quoi que ce soit 😊❤

Faut juste que ce soit intelligemment initié. J ai passé 2 ans a prendre l ascenseur et quand je tombait sur la voisine du dessus avec son rotweiller, il grondait et sautait sur tout ce qui oenetrait dans l ascenseur. L immeuble etait terrorisé. 💀

I have a friend that’s a k9 cop and he said that that type of of dog was the one he had to watch the most because he said that they are too independent and make more of it own decisions

​@PupsRuleAcademy what happens if her cousin goes to hug her? How does the doggy know the difference? The dog knows that the man has that arm protection on what if the dog sees somebody without that armed protection since he's trained to bite a protected arm?
