This expressway is three years behind schedule and less than 50% complete. The crooked Bhutto/Zardari clan did not finance it from their personal foreign accounts. Rather than investing in Pakistan, Zardari typically takes at least 20% in kickbacks. This is not something to take pride in; rather, it is disgraceful and shameful to name projects after the notoriously corrupt Bhutto/Zardari clan.
