Hello Dr. Asaad and Dr. Majd El-harasis! Thank you for this wonderful interview. I used this interview to craft some of my answers as well as your other "ideal interview" video from last year with your plastic surgery colleague. I have a very similar diverse background to Dr. Majd, so his "tell me about yourself", served as a great example for me to draw a framework for mine. These videos gave me great clarity as to how to answer well and I got accepted into a post doctoral research fellowship at a mayo clinic surgery lab just a few days ago after strong IV prep with your resources.
