my ex showed me this song, i come back whenever she crosses my mind. i remember i used to be so mad at her for leaving, but ive looked back a lot and i think it was a good decision now. she really needed to understand self love before she could see herself continuing with me, eventually she came back a few months later saying she had recollected herself, but i couldnt see myself in a situation like that again. that night was so unbearable it felt life threatening, i never want to feel like how i did on that night. if youre reading this and youre having hard times especially the days you feel at your lowest or like its all over, you have to know it will get better because change is inevitable. little by little the stress and trauma seem less like its strangling you and more like its holding your hand, we got this.
