WTF is wrong with you? A child tragically lost their mother from their own father's brutality, and you actually think if the girl just PRAYED it would've solved all her problems? As far as you or anyone else knows, her father could've been a priest and she already lived in a very Christian/Catholic household and had been praying every day for the abuse to stop, and when it didn't she decided to ask someone she could actually see/hear for help instead.

I’m also Agnostic and feel that believing in just one single religion (like Christianity) is narrow-minded when many religions and ideologies have great nuggets of wisdom and information to be ascertained.
