Inside the HOTEL CALA BONA, Mallorca (Majorca)

In this video, I take a look inside the Hotel Cala Bona, Mallorca (Majorca), so you can look before you book. Or if you have booked a holiday here, you will know what to expect from your stay!
I was lucky to be invited into the hotel by regular visitors to the Hotel Cala Bona, Vivienne, Lee and Kerry to take a look inside right at the end of the Summer season in October 2023 which explains why it is a little quiet at time of filming.
Take a look at the entertainment area, the dining room, the swimming pool area and also a couple of hotel rooms plus see the view!
I have also included some footage from the Summer to show you how busy the hotel is during August and a glimpse at the entertainment.

A proper hotel in a proper resort! In reality 99% of the hotels here are superb. Been over 20 times and love it. Lovely vlog as usual Alex. 👍👍

Absolutely not. It's as you'd expect a 4 star hotel to be. My bookings were with TUI, which are half board and I mostly only used the restaurant for breakfast, which is was great. However, I always go out for meals, as the variety of food available around the harbour is excellent, plus I don't really enjoy buffet eating. I much prefer to peruse a menu and pick my food, served to me at my table. Hope this helps.👍

Great video of the hotel, more like this please. I didn’t like the look of the furnishings in the communal areas, I thought they looked a little basic. On the other hand the bedrooms looked fine and the location amazing. I also loved the old photos of the hotel and its surroundings and the original family owners. I do like a bit of history. I have been to cala bona only for the day trip having stayed elsewhere in Mallorca.I find cala bona expensive compared to the rest of mallorca.dont know if there is a reason why cala bona is more expensive compared to Alcudiavand Palma nova???

I found it cheaper than Palmanova, and about the same as Alcudia! I guess it depends where you go!

I would never return to this area of Majorca. We went on our honeymoon. It was dreadful & we stayed at this hotel. Feel in of horror still hsunt me!
