Mal Pugh is a natural striker. Vladko wants to make her a midfield wing, a setup person for the forwards and help the defenders. But she is too small in stature. She like attacking the box, not winding through traffic, trying to body block. She is not built for that - like Ertz, Mewes, Lavelle, and Horan.
