I did almost a full face of Merit yesterday. I like their products. I do use the highlight under the foundation. like a primer. It stays to tacky on top. Even if i set it. But my base always turns out really pretty. I use BK 106 brush. 💖

I tried it for the first time and I was so disappointed to see that the lightest shade was too dark for me! 😭 What a bummer! I really liked how it looked and how easily it applied, but I need a much paler shade! The new RMS in shade 000 is perfect for me, which so rarely happens (most fair shades are too pink)! I am so intrigued with merit and have one of the new lipsticks. There is a great set that includes the foundation and several other products for 100 bucks! So glad to see you use this since I have dry skin as well. Love you Mal and hope you are doing well. From one spoonie to another! ❤️

Just bought several things from them to try. I am 43 with oily combo skin and have a minimalist makeup approach so TikTok noticed and sent me Merit and Typology. I am excited to try their Linen, the brush, the bronzer in Clay, the lip oil in Cara cara, the blush in Beverly Hills. I skipped the brow product as I have bushy eyebrows and can’t find a brow product that doesn’t make them look super dumb. 😅 I am hoping it doesn’t settle into pores, cake around nose, or separate over my sunscreen. Looking for a natural, perkier complexion and a sexy glow.

I received my products and they didn’t live up to the hype. I am back to using my own powder blush and bronzer, and really only using the concealer stick (sparingly) in a few spots. I love the bag, the blending brush. The blush was not pigmented enough, and neither was the bronzer which is weird because I’m pretty pale. It wears off fast too. The lip oil is pretty and more pigmented than the ones I bought from Typology, it’s sheer with some nice color but my natural lip shade is fairly pigmented kind of mauve so it’s not as intense on me as it would be on someone with pale pink lips. I could go for a better stain look.

I really like how that looks on you. It’s really pretty. I don’t mind trying a stick foundation as long as it covers my pores. I’m fixing to be 62 and I’m going to try it. Maybe it won’t set in my wrinkles. 🤞🏼😂 I like that it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg like some of the ones I’ve tried. Thank you Mal, another great video. 💗

Just when I thought I’ve watched all of your videos…..☺️ I’m getting ready to travel and I was looking for reviews on the Merit Complexion foundation stick and your beautiful face popped up first in my search! I’ve used this before but I purchased the wrong color. I’m trying to bring makeup with me that’s not so bulky and this will be perfect! It looks so beautiful on your skin! I have dry skin and I recently purchased the Merit Oil which is so crazy amazing! I think they will pair perfectly! I swear I’m so confused about my undertone Mallory! I’ve always thought that I’m a neutral undertone but the shade you used looks like it will work for me. I already have the Merit complexion brush so I’m good there. For some reason, it always sticks to my dry areas and looks awful. I'm going to try the wet sponge and see if that helps. Do you feel like it looks cakey until you do that?

Am quite late on this one but am wondering if this is similar to the nars soft matte complete concealer? I've used that one in a similar way and works super well finish is more natural than matte at least on my normal skin.

I’m surprised you find it glowy. The first set to me made me look like a desert. I have super dry skin. Every foundation or tint that everybody says is “dewy” for them, turns out to be natural or matte on me. :( the dry skin struggle. I like their brush and highlighter though! I like the Saie tinted moisturizer on you!

Try By Terry's stick. It's dewy & gorgeous. I'm super dry and since half of the stick is a highlighter it really is beautiful on dry skin.
