We used to make these every year when I was little, they're soooo good. Been a long time though but watching this is kicking in the nostalgia so might have to call my mom and see if she's up for it! I'm the one responsible for Spritz cookies, cause no one else knows how to make them. The cookie machine I use, and no-one else knows how to use it. It's super late, but I'd love to get them out of the way today. I use a relatively similar cookie shooter. Depending on the dough, click it once, give it 3 seconds, and with enough time, you can get a good speed going on. And the cookies are done, today!
