Just so you know, when Debate Ratcheted up about The Converter Controversy… it was i who Suggested to EA Ski That You (MALO BEATS) Has Proved That The Sound You Can Get from The Newer MPC’s Are Epic… They Might Not Be “READY MADE PERFECT” But With Minor Tweaks, especially With Drum Programs Using Filters and of Course Air Flavor Pro and or Any of those Cab Filters, it’s Possible to Equal or Better The Sound when Comparing to Upgraded Converters or The SP1200… AGAIN, YOU CONSTANTLY PROVE THIS. 💯❗️

@@babysunn2 I am truly humbled by this message and cannot thank you enough for pointing this out. Thank you so much for taking the time. At the end of the day, what matters the most is how we pick and choose our samples putting them together as one whole song, which will either make or break the sound of what we’re producing. I was just hanging out with Rob Viktum last night, which is an amazing producer and he has been using his iPad to make beats and if you hear some of his work, he truly has some of the best sounding stuff out there. That really just comes to show that Sounds selection is so important. I really appreciate you taking the time brother truly means a lot.

Not to reopen converter discussion but it is this simple. And EA Ski has said this yes if you know what your doing you can make a new piece of gear sound good but not with out all the bells and whistles you have to add a MPC 3000 or SP 1200 out the box sounds better than any new gear if you know what your doing no plugjns the sound of the outputs naturally Malo most def killed this beat though
@veracityhiphop22 сағат бұрын
@@officialmagnumopusmusic you can bypass any of the new mpc converters by saving your work in standalone and uploading into the mpc software on pc and use a high end audio interface for conversion. Or you can hook a class compliant interface with high end converters directly to the new mpcs. New mpcs were directly designed for how modular modern workflows are. I love analog, and to me the beauty is we have a choice of using anything we want for conversion
@officialmagnumopusmusic21 сағат бұрын
@ true I have a MPC x a key 37 but the sound quality out of theses don’t compare to my 4000. The key thing is making what sounds good to you but the one thing I challenge anyone is you can make a beat or song in the box that sounds like a newer MPC you can’t get the sound that a 4000 or sp1200 out of your laptop or MPC x or MPC live Ii

Great beat! Great sample find! Do your drum kits include drumrolls? With MPC 3 can you duplicate a single or multiple bars, since it's more a single sequence workflow? So let's say you have like this beat intro of two bars then a nice four bar loop which you could loop for total of 12 bars ( 3 loops of the 4 bars) can you still copy your 4 bars after the intro? I have not updated to MPC 3 yet. If that works I should do that.

You often chop samples into lots of small pieces just like i do, but the problem is, you have to switch between all the banks manually on the MPC to hear all that hard work after chopping. I use a Novation launchpad mini, it's great for not having to switch banks....so you get 4 banks (64 pads/ samples) all at one hand (A-D).... Within one button press can you go from A-D to E-H. I think you'd like it bro.

This way of working, for making full songs is much better than 2.0, especially for having the loop selector as choosing the part, and for having an oversight instead of counting bars and beats. The moment with beta 1 i discovered it I said FINALLY. I hope in the desktop version we will be able to move the audio and midi like with a regular daw. The color scheme and the instruments and fx look really good, 2.0 gui was as boring as a hooker on her periods.
