The rust community are so slow to pick up new meta. Could almost call it uncreative at this point. The devs go to a lot of work to make the most dynamic game ever made, keep it updated regularly and everryone still rolls 2017 meta.

selling for sulfur paored with a horse farm this is easily the most broken meta and I love it! just use a car to outpost and bandit and back to the shop. Shop owning is actually fun now and makes you rich passively

Once you find the right gene do the seeds those berries produce keep the same gene?

When you find the right genes you want you clone heaps of them. The berries that come from the plant with good genes will not keep the genes when you turn the berries into seeds after eating them. That's why you clone heaps of good genes and then remember to balance how much plants you clone & harvest. It's like hemp.

A bunch of water collectors will do the job, alternatively you run a long ass hose from water to your base using little 1x1 triangle shacks to reach. Or lastly you could do it manually with water containers and / or a water truck.

plant in the corners not the center, lol then when you get a good gene you can leave it and go plant in another corner with no fear of accidental crossbreeding.

Once you've found the ideal gene , How do you plant multiple of that said gene ? Do u just harvest and plant the seeds ? Or do you have to take a clone then plant the clone ? Sorry im a noob ! Cheers

Hey! No worries at all! You clone it and plant the clones. So long as you've always got a clone of it you never lose the gene. :)

They can't be bought but they can be repaired and they're everywhere on the roads. We actually set up a 6 person armored bus for the hotel we're running atm. That thing has been so handy for scrapping at outpost lol. I can definitely cover the various vehicles. :)

So i guess only cars will be spawn (as i refuse to spawn balloons) ;) Would be amazing to see a video covering all vehicles.

Personally I'm a big fan of the ore, wood and scrap teas. I can see the benefit in the others like the extra 20 health is crazy good for PvP but I'm a pretty passive hotel owner so I don't need PvP buffs lol.

Every tea video out there covers the farming, but I can't find one that covers how to efficiently use the teas for high yields through the 30mn.

It's extremely circumstantial, for example if you were using an ore tea I'd be recommending you head to the snow before you chug it and go nuts. But for all I know there's a 30 man zerg that loves living in the snow on your server and it would infact be a terrible idea to send you there lol.

They shouldn't be random.. Are you harvesting them or taking clones / cuttings or whatever it's called?

@@markuswinzig5659 If you harvest them you'll get resources from them. If you clone them you'll get a handful of clones with the same genes. So the idea would be to do a few batches where you're just cloning them to stockpile the good gene strain and then plant and harvest for actual product.

Um id suggest getting a plant with atleast 5 green genes. Then breed out undesired genes or breed in the desired genes. The ones undesired its as simple as plant and harvest while crossbreeding the desired genes. Waste not what not js
