In management if brow presentation diagnosed during pregnancy and there is no complications then why we can not use external cephalic version? mam you have explained that CS will be done if diagnosed during pregnancy

Ecv is recommended for breech presentation or it can be done to correct the transverse lie .As in the case of brow presentation ecv might case birth complications or injuries
