• Why Pushkar is called as the city of Malpua
• This #PushkarMalpua is different from what we prepare at home
• Here Malpua is mostly made of Rabri (condensed milk)
• Both texture & taste of this rabri is different
• First rabri is made from milk
• Then from that rabri Malpua is prepared
• Rabri Malpua of Pushkar is very famous
• That dates back to many centuries back since eons
• Upon Malpua are the blessings of Lord Brahma ji
• One won’t same taste of Malpua anywhere else in world
• Sir we saw Malpua was being packed
• How many days can it be kept safe?
• Its lifetime is around 10 days without refrigeration
• In refrigeration, sugar gets solidified, little hard
• Tell our dear viewers what all ingredients are used for preparation
• First raw milk is boiled thoroughly
• Then around 10% Fine flour is added into it
• The mixture is then deep fried in ghee
• The batter is then dipped in thick sweet syrup
• See, here, Sweet syrup has been prepared in large amounts
• Malpuas are dipped in this sweet syrup
• Then, Malpuas are completely ready for consumption
• Malpua is being prepared in Pushkar for ages
• Many people take it home as Lord Brahma ji offering
• Owing to presence of Rabri, Malpua takes shape
• Of a mesh, that has an awesome taste
• Elsewhere, Malpua is mainly prepared of fine flour
• We also courier Malpua to foreign countries
• Including France, Israel, USA to name a few
• Without sweet syrup, Malpua if sent dried to
• Distant places, it can stand up to 15 days as well
