This is the question that I start and end every single day with and most importantly: this question vibrates in my body multiple times throughout the whole day. Our days can easily suck us into loops and unconscious patterns that make us repeat behaviors that we actually don’t feel anymore to be our truth. To stop during the day is crucial to develop a healthier and more abundant lifestyle.
I feel touched by heaven every single day. So many blessings are gifted to each one of us. We simply have to open our eyes for them and receive every single moment as a teaching and gift.

Occasionally I wondered when I will reach this end point, where I have finally gotten everything I wanted and can feel proud of myself. But I guess I didn’t understand that if everything were handed to me without any friction it wouldn’t be worth anything and I would feel lost again. The journey and trying is part of life and is what eventually makes everyone’s life completely unique and worth it. If I just erase the false beliefs about myself and the world that have been ingrained by life’s circumstances, I will be able to build a new reality and sculpture a better me. I could only imagine the artistry it takes to play that instrument. I could only help but think. Do thoughts go through your head playing that instrument, But then all thoughts 💭 start to become peaceful 🧘‍♀️. Thank you for your stories/songs. It’s almost like I can hear them through the sounds. And they seem to tell me to keep going. Don’t give up. Even if you are in pain. Even if someone did you wrong. Even if you fell off track and don’t know how to start again. Even if you were rude by accident and it’s too late to say sorry. You can always use a new opportunity to tap into the peace you are and want to be. Just relax. And calm down. Right here.
