A neighboor asked me to help with moving some speakers and a mixer to his car. He also had a handpan instrument. It catched my attention instantly. He did a little demo. I am in a chronic pain, the worst part is... it's in form of mental blockages, lost will to earn bread, not working since Covid. Lost everything in life. Lost the will to be alive. I am not thinking by any chance to end my life as i have tried that too twice and that didn't end well with lifelong complications. Its been ages since I have felt relaxed. I totally forgot what that word even means.. I am not involved in any of the physical activity because of lost desire in life but i am way more restless than anyone i know.. Dear one you may be very low in Vitamin D3, especially after the trauma of those years and limited sunlight. Get it checked out and if you low get on 5000 or 10000 IU a day, and get some sun especially when the Sun rises, it will lift you up tremendously. Is it any wonder we should experience darkness when we lack the Sun? So take care and get that healthy sun light into you!

It's the magic of the right frequencies. In this case 432 Hz. Your body and brains responds to it with every cell. Pianos for example and music on the radio are mostly tuned in frequencies that cause anger. With the right frequencies you can even activate out-of-body experiences. It's worth checking out.
