This is one of the most OP cruisers in operations (ops). Just tired of the imbalance in PvP play so I just play ops nowadays and love this ship

I got almost 600k in the new Flagship Ops in Jinan. Benham is also stupidly powerful in that same mode. Had a 51 torp game last night.

It has always been a highly situational ship. It only can really shine and be useful if the other team pushes. If your a BB main and see a jinan in the lineup on the other team, it will cause many of them to groan and camp even more. It's guns are very floaty at longer ranges. You really have to lead your shells...alot. And that's why it really shines in Ranked. The Big boys can't just sit back and snipe. That's when it turns into a flood and fire machine. I really like this ship, but it's a very situational beast, so set expectations correctly.

Great video as always, This is one of my favorite ships. Did it need buffs? I don't think so, but I'll be glad to take them. The only real weaknesses to this ship are the death charges that roll off the side and lack of hydro. If it had hydro, it would definitely be way overpowered.

My Jinan is a torp build and I use Sa Zhebing as the commander. After every 6 torp hits you get faster reload and an extra TRB. Crazy torps after that lol.

Proper buff would be to give Jinan would be the option for Yue Yang's Radar in the torpedo reload booster slot. With the removal of detonations, these DD caliber armed cruisers have lost their edge against destroyers; their primary adversary.

Smoke but u have to use guns in this current meta u barely hit any torps so using guns is a must ..I can guess that u don't use guns at all or barely use them .same with gearing u have to use both to get the maximum output from the ships

The Jinan and Sejong ships were very annoying when they were spewing torpedoes and artillery and emitting smoke from the ships which was difficult to see unless using Surv. Radar. If they are skilled players using Jinan and Sejong ships is very dangerous in the game. You have to find it first and sink it immediately before it's too late, our friend falls :)

Yeah, appreciate the real time thought process, especially when it seem like that Venezia was right up against that rock. Wasn't sure how you pull out without be spotted, but reverse smoke worked perfect. By the way, on my wife's bucket list is to visit Malta and Greece, even more after I showed her your video tour of the Grand Harbour. Hope we make it.👍👍

I never thought Jinan needed buffs. I guess a lot of people were getting dev struck in it. So, WG thought it needed some buffs. Playing Jinan these days is easier than playing Conqueror.

I loved Jinan even before the buffs, but this makes it borderline OP. A good player can utilize it greatly, but majority of players cant play her... That's why the low winrate.
