This sole incident doesnt make F-117 any less stealthy or old soviet equipment any more usable. It was just a one fluke and F-117 already dropped the payload and destroyed the target anyway (the split second when the bomb bay door was open gave it away). One fluke among hundreths of successful missions, fully undetected
