May God bless also them with many blessings. Betadine is used if there is a scratch or cuts in skin. just put a little of it in a cotton then rub it gently on the cuts or scratch. OFF LOTION you need it all especially the children at night rub it in your skin it good against Dengue / mosquito bite. That, METYL CAMPHOR MENTHOL its good for the back to relax especially to ease the fatigue and it's good to use if you want to have a massage. The VICKS CAMPHOR MENTHOL is good to ease the headache just put a little amount of it to your head rub it gently. Just read the instruction indicated in the label for a better and safer use.

Don't use the Vicks Vaporub for children under two years old and don't put it inside nostrils. Avoid the eye area. Immediately wash with water if it accidentally gets into the eye.

1) The Efficascent Oil is for muscle aches after you go swimming, jogging or carrying heavy loads. Can also be used as massage oil. 2) Vicks Vaporub is used to rub on the skin with insect bites like ants or mosquitoes to relieve itchiness and swelling. Also when the kid has cough & colds can be applied on the chest, forehead and feet. Also used to relieve pain in bruises. 3) Off lotion is applied to prevent mosquito bites. Better applied at night before going to bed. 4) Vivalyte is an energy drink, it contains electrolytes to replenish loss like sodium chloride (salt) when you sweat a lot. 5) The Kool Fever is placed on the forehead when you have fever, to bring down body temperature. 6) Tang juice can be prepared by putting one sachet in a liter of water, then add ice. No need to add sugar as it is already sweet. 7) Bear Brand can be added to a glass of warm water to give to children (or adults) during breakfast or before going to bed. It can also be used as creamer in coffee. Although Kopiko 3 in 1 coffee already has sugar & creamer in it. 8) Betadine Antiseptic Solution is applied to wounds after washing the wound with soap & water.

Keep your foods outside of your house. If it cannot avoided to store food inside the house; prepare a large pan, put some water and put another container in the middle. Lastly, put your food on the top of the container. Keep your house clean; especially, from food crumbs. Wipes every surfaces with alcohol to erase ant tracts... Apply menthol solutions (omega or vicks) to insect bites... If infections occurs (boils due to insect bites), wash it with water and soap and apply betadine...

Another thing you need to get is a sunscreen lotion to apply to the whole exposed body to avoid getting burn from exposure to the sun. It will also give you a nice tan. Get the one with SPF 50. Burned skin is painful.

Andre sunscreen with SPF 50 - 60 is a must for all of you guys. When you are out or swimming, put sunscreen on the face, but not on the eyes, body, and arms. Wear sunglasses to protect the eyes. Some advices for your safety and well being.

I saw you have a vicks vaporub so apply a little bit on your ant bite area. that methyl salicylate, camphor +menthol , if you read it , it says counter irritant . you only apply to your skin but only very little amount because it gets hot in your skin, avoid around your eyes. its also good for arthritis pain in your knees, Be careful using it to the children because they might put it in their eyes.

Liza, I know you're all not used to this thing, but to avoid from having a regular insect or ant bites on the skin, is to spray them manually with some Raid or Baygon, on those ants, almost everyday, not even one should be left running, on the porches, stairs or wherever they may be, because it's like one ant has to tell the other ants, that there's food around the corner, that's why they'll have to like, fall in line, and figure where the food can be found. That's why all ants needed to be sprayed, and not even one ant is left, and you're good. You don't do this in Russia, but in the Philippines, we do, and its quite effective. Just away from the food, when spraying.

soo kind of them, Efficascent oil is used for massage, it is good for muscle pains. Vicks is used as all-around medicibe ny Pinoys (lol). Used for headache mostly. For Liza, ants (the smaller ones) really bite hard. Keep the foods away from bed. Eat only at designated place. There is ant spray available at the market, a little smelly, you can spray outside the house (around the vicinity). A qualified PCO (Pest Control Officer) can assist you. Ants are pestering and you tend to scratch it.

Please you have to protect your family by using sunscreen or sunblock when you go swimming so that sunburn will not ruin your vacation and also you can apply insect repellant like Off lotion for your family since there are mosquitos and ants, this will protect your family and you can enjoy your stay without worries. By the way make sure to broom or clean the floors from food crumbs, you can use natural remedies like Sprinkle salt, talcum powder across doorways and windows to discourage the ants from crawling inside the house.. if it's black ants they don't bite..they can just disappear once there are no food sitting around the house..but those red ants should get rid off cause it usually bites.. And lisa can apply some of the Efficacent oil using hands to Arseney, put a little on his stomach area and back cause it prevents him from getting bloated from getting exposed to colds and electric fan..We are so happy for you all!!!

For ants bites or insect bites just go to the pharmacy near you and ask what ointment or pills that will relieve you from any insect bites. Maybe cortisone cream or any antihistamine .
