I always put water out for the wildlife. It's just that the bears did a number on my plastic water bowl.

@@GlenwoodBob As someone who lives in the wilds among some HUGE black bears, I wouldn't be doing that. They are now your unwanted guests. Mama bear and her cubs are NOT your friends....Better have your head on a swivel when going outdoors, stay in at night, keep your windows closed and...good luck.

@@Lindy.T I've had various bears on my property for the last twenty years. I'm pretty sure taking away the water will not make them leave, since the Roaring Fork River runs through my property, which is probably the path they took to get here.
