Mama and her two babies survived the stormy night because of the love and food you had provided; she kept the kittens warm and dry as possible in the back of the paper box house they had been provided! Mama was very happy to see you bring her family the cozy secure wooden house and she liked the "new neighborhood" where you secured it to keep her babies safer! Kittens were happy to move into new bigger warmer home with better rain protection! Thank you for giving this adorable family a better safer life!😺❤️🍲😊

The bigger issue here is the number of stray and abandoned cats. A lot of people probably have a pet and then realise cannot afford to feed, spay, neuter or pay veterinarian bills. It's wonderful that these lovely people help but at this rate will be a huge financial pressure.

When things are that bad with the weather why don't the neighbours go outside their doors and bring them in? What is wrong with these people? There is no excuse. No mother and baby should be left to fend for themselves and if it wasn't for this couple, they wouldn't even have a box to find shelter in, let alone food. I think these people that live around here are cold and callous. What a horrible situation for the mother and two kittens to spend the night with rough winds and rain in that!!! They will be so much better off out of the wet cardboard box and into their nice new home that is sturdy, dry and warm. I think even the location is not so out in the open which is good. Still think filing down the door edge would be a good idea to prevent splinters getting on the animals. THANKYOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO FOR THEM. Greetings from Australia.
