Mama Koala 3.0: Suitable for babies with sensitive skin, prone to diaper rash, and parents who want to use diapers with good odor removal properties.

The 3.0's are great. I wouldn't say they are MORE great for sensitive skin than most synthetic pocket diapers, but definitely on par with any other higher-priced synthetic pocket diaper on the market. For odor removal and such, a good wash routine will keep most cloth diapers clean and odor free, so no worries there. :-)
