On the orange egg yolk subject... ours are still orange. Our hens are fed an organic chicken grower feed and they are free ranging in the barn scratching through the hay... I kinda hoped the hay was contributing to the colour of the yolks, what on earth could be in their feed?!

Our eggs have yolks like that year round. During winter I gave them a flake of alfalfa. They really love it and tear right into it. I so enjoy your programs. Keep it up.

So the water buffalo yogurt makes me laugh. I had some in Nepal, but it was awful. You were supposed to drink it, but it was lumpy. Also super sour. (But also really rude to refuse it so you had to drink it. 😬) Later on, most of us who had it had severe GI issues for a few days

Well, those eggs are not as orange as they are in Asia. They feed the chickens chrysanthemums in marigolds that is why their yolks are so orange. It drives me crazy.
